River Dance

Liang Court has finished a major renovation costing almost S$45 million. The new look mall is now positioning itself as the place for Asian fusion by the river. Check out the state-of-the-art sushi conveyor belt at Tampopo, dine in style at Shin Yeh, a collaboration between the famous Taiwanese restaurant and Tung Lok Group, or tuck into a hotpot at Tanyoto, which numbers among the top 10 Sichuan restaurants in China. There’s also Botejyu (a Japanese Okonomiyaki chain), Saizeriya (the first-in-Singapore outlet of a wildly successful Japanese Italian café chain) and Trung Nguyen, a gourmet Vietnamese coffee parlour.

If you don’t have time to sit, grab a conical pizza from Japanese chain Kono Pizza (possibly the ultimate in Asian fusion!), or a delicious savoury or sweet crepe from Mazazu Crepe. If you want something other than Asian, Quattro Stagioni Deli offers great Italian and Mediterranean fare.
