Orchard Road - Named after the plantations that lined it in the 1840s, Orchard Road is known for its retail options and high-class hotels. Rest assured that you will almost always head home with a few shopping bags in hand. You'll find high street labels like Topshop and FCUK. It is also the domain of Singapore's elite, who are lured by the shopping centres, nightspots, restaurants, bars and lounges.
