The dining experience takes place at the Savour Gourmet Village, a purpose-built outdoor venue where 16 award-winning chefs and restaurants will present up to four signature creations each. Visitors are free to wander from menu to menu, on a tasting trail that could take them from a French "Chaud-Froid" Egg to a Peruvian specialty of Scallops Tiradito.

Overseas celebrity chefs attending the inaugural Savour include Alain Passard of L'Arpege in France (3 Stars, S.Pellegrino World's 19th Best Restaurant 2011), Hans Välimäki of Chez Dominique in Finland (2 Stars, S.Pellegrino World’s 35th Best Restaurant 2011) and Alvin Leung of Bo Innovation in Hong Kong (2 Stars, S.Pellegrino World’s 64th Best Restaurant).

Your ticket also allows you access into the Savour Gourmet Market, which lays on a feast of quality produce from an array of artisan and specialty exhibitors. Explore the latest food trends from around the world, check out the newest and the best kitchen equipment and gadgets, and bring home the finest wines.

Over the three days, various complimentary workshops and classes are available at dedicated event arenas located throughout the Gourmet Village and Gourmet Market as well as the state-of-the-art Gourmet Auditorium.
